Meet Jane Kranich

 

Jane Kranich began writing poem exclusively in her 70's. She first became interested in poetry and song writing when she was in her 20's, but marriage and family came first for her. She had a lot of responsibilities during those years. 

 

She has a collection of almost 250 poems which she has written over the last six years. These poems have all styles and topics. Her poems certainly make you laugh, cry, ponder and/or all the above. 

 

Jane read a selection of her poems to her grandchild's third grade class one day. The poem was "Froggie Vists Grandma's House." The response was amazing and she decided to make those available in book format.

Jane Kranich has went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ but her work still lives on today.
